RETURN POLICY
At Family Brilliant Store, we accept returns only in the following cases:
1. Damaged or defective products: If the product arrives with damage or defects, you can request a return.
2. Product not received: If the product does not arrive on time or does not arrive at all, you can request a return.
3. Wrong product: If you receive a different product than the one you purchased, you can request a return and the product will be exchanged for the correct one.
4. Other reasons: No other reason will be accepted for return, unless it is one of those mentioned above.
Return period: Returns must be made within the first 7 days from the date of receipt of the product. After this period, we will not accept returns.
PRIVACY POLICY
At Family Brilliant, we respect the privacy of our customers and comply with the basic rules of any online store. We collect and use personal information only to process orders and improve customer experience. We do not share personal information with third parties without customer consent.
