4 + out of 5. since only 3 hours at full brightness. (For blackouts I would like 6 +. On the box it is written that 3 hours at full brightness but did not see it in the description. So the rating is 4 + due to the fact that the description says 13 + hours and does not say how much when it is fully bright. (well, or I did not see it.)
